1 Year!!

Oh man..this is kind of a bittersweet post for me. It has been 1 year since I started weight watchers. Even though there have been times when I have struggled with my weight fluctuating (sp?) up and down so much, I will have to say that this journey has been worth it!!

When I started weight watchers I knew that I was in this not only to lose the weight, but to totally change the way that I eat. I also knew that this would be a life changing experience. I mean I'm not going to lie...but there are times when I have chocolate or I have a piece of pie/cake, but I also know that I have to get right back into it after I have that treat. I guess that Is a good thing, because I know that I cannot live without a piece of chocolate and I do have moments when I need it. But I also know that I can't do that ALL the time. Ok...I know I am rambling here...

Anyways...I am really glad that I started Weight watchers and I wouldn't change anything. I can't believe how far I have come and I know that I couldn't have done this without Bethie. Thank you Bethie for everything!! :) I look forward to another year of weight loss and reaching my goal!

I love this post. I can totally relate with you. It's about completely changing the way you eat, even though you still need a treat fix once in a while. You really do look fabulous. Your hard work has paid off! I hope that after I have been doing this for a year, I look as good as you do!

One year.... In some ways I feel like I still have so far to go and haven't go that far....and then i think back to what I weighed a year ago today and can't believe it. This has been one of the most easiest and hardest things I have done. I am in it for life. Thank you for helping me...I couldn't do it without you!

Hi Jacki,
It was great to see you too! You look terrific! I am so proud of you and Beth both. I tried weight watchers and just plain didn't have the will power that you two have. I think I have gained that control over the last few months though :)
I look forward to coming back and working. I miss being at Vantage, and miss all of you!

I am so impressed with you. I am trying to do that on my own. Not always as successful as I would like, it is very hard. Thanks for helping me feel encouraged. I love your blog.
