Lake Powell pics!!

I apologize for taking so long to post the pics of my trip to Powell. Its just been a crazy busy week trying to get caught up on things. I think I am finally getting over the "boat head" feeling. I don't wish that feeling upon anyone! The trip was a blast and I wish we could of stayed longer as we had a couple of really windy and cool days. We caught alot of fish,did alot of swimming and just had a great time!! :) Enjoy the pics....

Boat Head..

I've been on a houseboat and a power boat for 5 days. I think I'm still at Lake Powell and I think I am still on them boats. As we speak, I'm feeling a little dizzy and the room will not stop spinning! I can feel myself swaying back and forth, meaning i'm still on the water, right?? I hope this feeling ends soon....

Lake Powell..

Well,bright and early tomorrow morning...I mean REAL early (3:30a.m.)yuck! I will be on my way to Lake Powell. YAY..I'm really excited! Going down with my mom and brother, his fiance and all the kiddos. I heard the weather is going to be great! :) Pictures and more blogging of my trip to come.....

Moms Day..

My mom probably never reads my blog,but I just want her to know how much I love her and appreciate her for everything that she does.
Taking a look back at my years when I was growing up, I remember my mom always used to make mine and my brothers clothes,whether it was for school or just for play. I thought we were pretty in style with the lacey collars and the iron on patches for the back pockets of our pants. I kind of giggle about it now, but back then we were pretty cool! :) My mom has taught me so many things, not only now but in the past as well. I'm more patient, more forgiving and a better person because of her. She would do anything for you, no matter how little time she has to do it in. Thanks mom for all you do! Happy Mothers day!!

HaPPy BiRtHdAy!!

Today is my dads 64th birthday. He has been through so much the last several years, and I'm so thankful to have him in my life. He is not only my role model and my hero, but he is most definetely my GREAT friend!

What a "blessing!"

Bethies niece Abbi was blessed this weekend. She is such a good baby. She looked so cute in her blessing dress as well as the blanket that my mom made for her. Tim and Carrie are lucky to have her in their lives. The weather turned out to be great and there was way too much YUMMY food! It was good to see everyone and also to meet Carries family. We hope that Abbi doesn't grow too fast by the time we see her next. :)

fRiDaY fUn..

Yeah for FRIDAYS! My favorite day of the week!:) I'm really looking forward to today and the days ahead, here is why...
-My mom is coming to visit me at lunch
-Going to Logan today after work
-I lost 1.2 pounds last night at weight watchers
-Hanging out with Becky
-Abbi's blessing on Sunday
-My dads birthday on the 6th
-Playing guitar hero
-Visiting with people we don't get to see very often :)

Its going to be a FuN filled couple of weeks with lots of things to do. I'm excited, already exhausted, lol but I can't wait to see everyone!
